August 14 (the seventh day of the seventh lunar month) is the Chinese traditional Qixi Festival. It is a festival of love taking the folklore of "The Cowherd and the Weaver Girl" as carrier. However, in Dongtou County of Wenzhou, the Qixi Festival here has another meaning of coming-of-age ceremony, so it is also called the “Coming-of-Age day”. In this episode, the film crew of the Wenzhou Overseas Media Center will take Percy, a foreign anchor from Ghana, to explore it.

During the video-shooting, Mr. Qiu Guoying, the former vice president of the Zhejiang Folk Artists Association and an expert on marine folklore, introduced Percy the origin and traditional customs of Dongtou’s “Coming-of-Age day”, and took him to experience the making process of the Qixi cake, a traditional food of Dongtou’s “Coming-of-Age day”. It is a kind of rice product with various characters, animals, flowers printed on its surface. Percy said: "Dongtou’s Qixi Festival expresses parents’blessings and expectations for their children. I have a daughter too. When she grows up, I will definitely bring her to Dongtou to experience the “Coming-of-Age day”."
