In order to help the construction of a high-level civilized city, the Wenzhou Traffic Police pilots the law enforcement management modes of " Call-out from Patrolling Traffic Police" and "Call-out at Demonstration Intersection" to correct minor traffic violations in a timely manner.

"Call-out from Patrolling Traffic Police" 

The on-duty patrolling traffic police are authorized to use the on-board megaphone to call out to people who commit minor traffic violations, then use civilized and standardized law enforcement language to correct and stop the violations. Penalties shall be imposed on illegal acts that violators refuse to correct on the spot.

"Call-out at Demonstration Intersection"

The traffic police booths at the demonstration intersections are equipped with megaphones. The on-duty traffic police monitor the road traffic conditions in real time through video surveillance. They will call out to violators and informs violations of laws and regulations before collecting evidence.
