Singapore Changi Airport will gradually allow passengers to transfer from June 2
The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore (CAAS) pointed out that after the relaxation of the lockdown measures to prevent and control the COVID-19 outbreak in Singapore on June 1, the country will gradually allow passengers to transfer at Changi Airport from June 2.
Hong Kong International Airport resumes transfer service in moderation from June 1

Chinese Visa Application Center in Singapore will partially resume business
According to the website of the Chinese Embassy in Singapore, starting from June 2, the Chinese Visa Application Center in Singapore will resume partial operations, and accept visas and consular certification services every Tuesday and Thursday (9:00-14:00).
Visa applicants must submit an emergency application online in advance. New York is expected to lift the lockdown on June 8
Andrew Como, the governor of New York State, announced on May 29 local time that New York is expected to enter the first phase of lockdown-lifting on June 8, and five other areas of New York State will enter the second phase.
The lifting process of New York State is divided into 4 stages, each stage is about 2 weeks. The necessary prerequisite for entering the next stage is that the number of new infections should be continuously declining. Before entering the third stage, bars and restaurants are not allowed to reopen. Cultural and entertainment venues such as museums and theaters can only be reopened in the final stage.
French restaurants resume business on June 2, and domestic travel restrictions are lifted
On the afternoon of May 28 local time, Philip, the French Prime Minister, announced that from June 2, all other French provinces, except for the Paris area and the overseas province of Mayotte and French Guiana, will be rated as green areas on the outbreak map, and the restrictions can be further lifted.
The government will expand the scope of school resumption, open catering establishments, and gradually resume cultural and sports activities. Residents are no longer restricted to travel within 100 kilometers of their homes, and travel certificates within France are no longer required.
UK implements second phase of lockdown-lifting measures

From June 8, religious places, hotels, restaurants, shopping centers in India will be reopened. Curfews have also been adjusted to 09:00 pm to 05:00 am. Cross-border traffic between states will be free to pass. In addition, opening hours of international flights, cinemas, fitness venues, swimming pools, bars and rallies and other activities will be determined after further evaluation. The decision on the start of universities, high schoosl, middle schools and elementary schools will be made after July.
Bangladesh resumes public transport operations
The Bangladesh government has announced that from May 31 to June 15, in compliance with the relevant requirements for COVID-19 prevention, the government and the private sector will be allowed to reopen, and public transportation in the urban area can be resumed. During this period, various educational institutions are still closed, and cross-regional passenger transportation is suspended. In case of no special circumstances, residents are prohibited from going out from 20:00 pm to next 06:00 am.
Nationwide elementary schools and kindergartens in Greece will resume
The nationwide elementary schools and kindergartens resume classes on June 1. The Greek Football League starts from June 6. And tourists from designated countries are allowed to enter from June 15.
