The reporter learned from the 41st Zhejiang’s COVID-19 prevention and control press conference that after the demonstration of experts and the research by the leading group of Zhejiang provincial epidemic prevention and control, it is thought that the conditions for orderly starting the new school semester are basically met. The schools at all levels in Zhejiang could organize to start new semester in region-partition and hierarchical manner. The specific arrangements are as follows: (1) The grade 3 students in high school and middle school will unifiedly start on April 13. (2) Other grades in middle school and high-level grades in primary school (grade 4 to 6) will start after April 20. Low-level grades in primary school (grade 1 to 3) will start after April 26. Kindergarten will start after May 6. The specific start time of new semesters will be determined and announced by the leading groups of epidemic prevention and control in each district and city. (3) Colleges and universities should make preparations for starting in late July April. The specific start time will be notified separately. (4) Teachers and students who are temporarily unable to return to school due to the epidemic or other reasons are allowed to postpone returning to school. Foreign students and foreign teachers who are still staying abroad are allowed to not return to school for the time being. (5) All kinds of off-campus training institutions can only resume offline training after they have passed the relevant departments' inspection and met the prevention requirements.
