Wenzhou City Railway S1 Line is an urban rail transit connected with the railway system. It is an important trunk line in the Wenzhou City Railway Network. It is the link tying up the various traffic stations as Wenzhou South Railway Station, the city bus center station and Wenzhou Airport. It not only can divert different types of passengers into transport rapidly, also can greatly improve the efficiency of public travel, shorten travel time, and alleviate traffic pressure during peak hours. 

  The program “Foreigner’s Spotlight” of media “WenzhouDaily” invited Abboskhon from Uzbekistan to have an experience of riding the S1 Line in this episode.

    Abboskhon is studying at the Chinese Department of Wenzhou University now. He said that he only knew S1 Line before, but did not have the opportunity to take a ride. It was a good opportunity to experience it. The production team of "Foreigner’s Spotlight" selected Huimin Road Station as the starting point and Xinqiao Station as the end point. As the staff introduced, the maximum speed of the S1 could reach 140 kilometers per hour. And the original half-hour drive could be shortened by half. 

  Huimin Road Station has taken the "Century Green Axis" as the cultural theme, adopting a variety of artistic techniques to subtly integrate elements such as "Century Square", "Central Green Axis", "Clock", "Riverbank" and "Flowing Water" into the space of the station for creating a good urban cultural atmosphere for passengers. With the theme of “Heart-bridge Flower Border”, Xinqiao Road Station has arranged a romantic flower sea to bring passengers a soft and sweet atmosphere.

  All the marks along the S1 Line are written in both Chinese and English. It provides 2 methods for passengers purchasing ticket: manual and machine. When you want to purchase ticket by machine, you can operate the machine and it supports English. If you encounter any problem, the station staff will be ready for offering  help. Abboskhon deemed that’s an intimate service. 

  He said that the S1 was very clean and tidy, and the speed was also very fast. S1 Line, which brought him a familiar feeling, really reminded him of the city railway like this in his hometown. This first experience of S1 gave him great surprises. He would also send this video program to the social platform and share it to his relatives and friends in his hometown, so that more people could know the achievements of Wenzhou's urban construction.
